Do you ship internationally?

Yes. iAngelFace ships to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us and we’ll help check options.

How to track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check spam/junk folders.

If you still can’t find it, email support@iAngelFace.com with your order number.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  • Order processing: 2–5 business days
  • Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Express (DHL): 6–8 business days (where available)

Country/region delivery windows can vary. The most accurate estimate will be shown at checkout.

I received a tracking number but it hasn't been updated—what should I do?

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created (especially during carrier handoffs or peak seasons).

If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email support@iAngelFace.com and we’ll investigate.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

Usually yes. If items ship from different locations or include a mix of physical and digital products, you may receive separate shipments/notifications.

The carrier attempted delivery but I wasn't home—what should I do?

Please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the parcel. If you need help, email us with your tracking link.

I haven't received my items—whom should I contact?

Start by checking tracking and your delivery address. If the parcel is marked “delivered” but not found, check with household members/neighbors or your local carrier office.

If it’s still missing, contact support@iAngelFace.com with your order number and tracking details.

Why is my order late?

Delays can happen due to customs clearance, weather, peak-season volume, or carrier network disruptions.

Payment, Billing & Fees

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept common card payments and express checkout options shown at checkout (e.g., Visa/Mastercard/AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay—availability varies by region).

Can I get a price adjustment on my item?

Prices may change due to promotions or inventory updates. In general, we’re unable to apply price adjustments after an order is placed.

Why did the price change on checkout?

This can happen due to automatic taxes, shipping selection, currency conversion, or discount codes applied/removed at checkout.

Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

Depending on your country, customs duties/VAT may be assessed by local authorities. These fees are typically collected by the carrier or customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax (or VAT) may be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.

My payment was declined—what should I do?
  • Double-check card number, expiry, CVV, and billing address
  • Try another payment method (e.g., PayPal)
  • Contact your bank to approve the transaction

Shopping & Discounts

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, then enter your shipping/payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

I tried to use a discount code and it didn't work.

Please check that the code is typed correctly and still valid. Some codes exclude sale items or require a minimum spend.

If it still won’t apply, email support@iAngelFace.com with a screenshot of your cart and the code you tried.

How do I apply my discount code?

Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout, then click “Apply.”

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Processing can begin quickly, so changes aren’t always possible.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email support@iAngelFace.com immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

I made a mistake with my address.

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the parcel is processed/shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place the order?

Yes—an order confirmation email is sent automatically after successful checkout. If you don’t receive it, check spam/junk folders or contact us.


Products & Care Instructions

How can I customize engraving products?

If a product supports engraving/personalization, you’ll see customization options on the product page (or in the cart notes). Please double-check spelling before checkout.

Customized/personalized items may be non-returnable unless defective.

If my bracelet broke, can I restring it?

Yes—many beaded bracelets can be restrung. If you’re comfortable DIY, use strong elastic jewelry cord and re-knot securely.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or heavy workouts
  • Store in a dry pouch/box to reduce scratching and oxidation
How can I clean the bracelet or jewelry?

For most pieces, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth. For metal parts, use a dedicated jewelry polishing cloth.

Avoid soaking natural stones or braided cords. If you’re unsure, email us a photo and we’ll advise.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return window after delivery for eligible items (must be unworn/unused and in original packaging).

To start a return, contact us at support@iAngelFace.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send items back without approval. We’ll provide instructions once your return is accepted.

The item I received doesn't look like the picture on the website.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos in natural light. We’ll review and make it right if there’s an issue.

My item is broken.

Please email us as soon as possible with photos (and packaging photos if damaged in transit). We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement/refund where applicable.

My tracking shows my package is being returned to sender—what should I do?

This can happen if the address is incomplete/incorrect or the carrier can’t complete delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll help confirm next steps.

Reshipment fees may apply if the return is caused by an address error.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn/unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Customized/personalized items may be non-returnable unless defective.

If you’re shipping into the EU, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right (where applicable).

I received the item but I don’t like it.

If the item is eligible and in new condition (unused/unworn, original packaging), you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
